This policy explains what information birivaridi (birivaridi.com) collects, why, and how you can control it. birivaridi is operated by Muzaffar Pashazade, Baku, Azerbaijan.
1. What we collect
- From the request form: your child's first name, age, character choice, story language, the notes you write about your child and the message you want the story to carry, and, if you add it, a photo of your child. Your name, phone (WhatsApp) number and, if you add it, your email.
- Technical data: when the form is sent, our form provider records your IP address and the page address. Our visit counter records the page viewed and the referring page to count visits. We do not use advertising cookies.
- Payment data: payments are handled by Dodo Payments. We never see or store your full card details.
2. How we use it
We use your information only to contact you, prepare your child's story and deliver it. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Your child's photo
The photo is used only to design the story character. It is never published or shown to anyone outside our small team. We delete it within 30 days after we deliver the story, or sooner if you ask. The photo is optional, and you can also send it after the call.
4. Children
We collect information about a child only from the parent or guardian who fills in the form. Children should not use the form themselves.
5. Who else processes the data
- Netlify hosts our website and stores form submissions.
- Dodo Payments processes payments as our Merchant of Record.
- WhatsApp is used when we message you.
- Google Fonts and cdnjs deliver fonts and code to your browser, so they receive your IP address when the page loads.
6. How long we keep it
We delete order details within 12 months after delivery, unless you ask us to delete them earlier or the law requires us to keep payment records longer.
7. Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you or your child. Email support@birivaridi.com or message us on WhatsApp, and we will act within 30 days.
8. Your browser
Our website saves your language choice in your browser's local storage so it opens in the same language next time. You can clear it in your browser settings.
