Terms of Service

These terms apply when you request or buy a story from birivaridi (birivaridi.com). By sending a request or paying, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

birivaridi is operated by Muzaffar Pashazade, Baku, Azerbaijan. You can reach us at support@birivaridi.com or on WhatsApp at +994 51 417 83 99.

2. What we make

We create a personalised interactive 3D story game for one child. The story is written around the child's name, interests and the message you want it to carry. It is delivered as a private web link that opens in a normal browser on a phone, tablet or computer. Nothing needs to be installed.

3. How an order works

• You send a request through the form on our website. The request is free and does not commit you to anything.
• We contact you and hold a short call (about 15 minutes) to learn about your child.
• You pay, and we write the story. You read the text and ask for changes before approving it.
• After you approve the text, we build the interactive world and send you the private link.

4. Price and payment

The price is shown on our website: 100 USD for online orders, 100 AZN for customers in Azerbaijan and 2,990 TRY for customers in Turkey. It is a one-time payment with no subscription. You can pay online right after sending your request or after the short call. Customers in Azerbaijan and Turkey agree the payment method with us on WhatsApp after the call.

Our online order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record for all our online orders. Dodo Payments provides all customer service inquiries related to payment and handles returns. Their buyer terms apply to online payments.

5. Delivery

The interactive world is ready within 5–7 days after you approve the story text. We send the private link by WhatsApp and, if you gave one, by email. The link has no expiry date. If we ever close the service, we will tell you at least 60 days in advance.

6. Changes to the story

Before you approve the text, we make the changes you reasonably ask for. After approval, small fixes such as typos or the spelling of a name are free. Larger changes to an approved story can be quoted separately.

7. What you confirm

• You are the child's parent or legal guardian, or you have their permission to order the story.
• You have the right to share the photo and information you send us.

8. Rights and use

The finished story is for your family's personal, non-commercial use. You may share the link with family and friends. We keep the rights to the code, artwork and characters we create. We never publish your child's story, name or photo, or use them in marketing, without your written permission.

9. Liability

We work carefully to deliver what we promise. If we cannot deliver your story, our responsibility is limited to refunding the amount you paid, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the date you paid.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
